Muy buena la atención. Yo pasé a cambiar un auto y me solucionaron todo rápidamente, pues tenía contratado seguro y Sunpass. Todas las personas se comportaron muy amablemente, tratando que los clientes se sientan valorados. Muy recomendable 👍

I think that my wife and I have never been so obliged to give an opinion of a contracted service. The Sixt Atlanta Airport branch provides excellent service. It cannot be qualified in any other way. We are lifelong Enterprise customers, but this time we saw a very good offer from Sixt and decided to try our luck and the result was excellent. When we arrived at the counter, we were attended by Ms. Jazmine, who in addition to giving us the good news that they would rent us a better car at no additional cost, made us feel immediately confident. She is a young but very capable, efficient and kind woman. With her instructions we arrived quickly to pick up the car and in minutes we were ready to roll. I did not know how to start the systems of that car. Another young woman, who I didn't know how to ask her name, took all the time to show me how it works. The experience with the car was wonderful, along with Georgia traffic, which is courteous and has road discipline (nothing to do with Miami, where we live). The return was of the same level of excellence, luckily, when we arrived we saw the same young woman who trained us and she immediately received the car and that's it! We went to catch our plane. The company policy is to do the inspection later, which is an excellent idea because it makes the return process very fast. Somos clientes Enterprise de siempre, pero esta vez vimos una muy buena oferta de Sixt y decidimos probar suerte y el resultado fue fantastico !. Cuando llegamos al mostrador, nos atendió la Srta. Jazmine, quien además de darnos la buena noticia de que nos alquilarían un auto mejor sin costo adicional, nos hizo sentir en confianza al minuto. Con sus instrucciones llegamos enseguida a recoger el auto y en nada estábamos listos para coger la calle. Yo no sabía cómo iniciar los sistemas del coche. Otra joven de la seccion de entrega se tomó todo el tiempo para mostrarme cómo funciona. La experiencia con el coche fue maravillosa, junto con el tráfico de Georgia, que es cortés y tiene disciplina vial (nada que ver con Miami, donde vivimos). La devolución del carro fue del mismo nivel de excelencia, por suerte cuando llegamos vimos a la misma joven que nos entrenó y de inmediato recibió el carro y ¡listo! Fuimos a tomar nuestro avión. La política de la empresa es hacer la inspección más tarde, lo cual es una excelente idea porque hace que el proceso de devolución sea muy rápido. Sixt Atlanta Aeropuerto es una buena agencia de renta de carros.
